The Baltimore Ravens were agonizingly inconsistent in 2025. After a terrible start, they showed a glimmer of what would be false hope, taking things down to the final game of the season before being eliminated from playoff contention. They need a massive overhaul this offseason, and they already got that by way of hiring head coach Jesse Minter and a fresh coaching staff.
The roster needs proven veterans in key spots like offensive guard and outside linebacker, but general manager Eric DeCosta and company will continue to put most of their focus on the NFL Draft.
