Former Tiger Runs Blazing 40-Yard Dash at NFL Combine

A former Clemson cornerback ran a blazing 40-yard dash on Friday at the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

Missouri’s Toriano Pride Jr. wowed by running the 40-yard dash in 4.32 seconds – the fastest 40 time at the combine in any position group thus far.

Pride transferred to Missouri for his final two college campaigns. He began his college career at Clemson from 2022-23, tallying 37 tackles (2.0 for loss), nine pass breakups, a sack, an interception and a safety over 26 games (three starts). In his final year as a Tiger, he was credited with 14 tackles (one for loss) and five pass breakups across 12 games, including one start.
